Rhetorical Analysis, Part I - Annotating Sources

october 3, 2018

Resources

This session will launch a multi-part review of rhetorical analysis. We will use Ronald Reagan’s national address regarding the Challenger explosion to begin the rhetorical analysis process. We will directly apply the Rhetorical Triangle to this text as we critically think through each part of the address. This focus of this session can be summed up in one sentence: “To write like a college student, you must first think like a college student.”
